Outside Maintenance

Hours/wk: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep parking lot using the Schwartz vehicle.
Mow and weed whip lawn.
Use chemicals.
Water plants and flowers.
Empty and pick up trash around building, including outer perimeter road.
Maintain sidewalks (including using the hotsy equipment), summer and winter.
Plow inner and outer perimeter roads in the winter.
Maintain landscaping - lay sod, pick weeds, trim trees and bushes.
Stripe parking lot when needed.
- Must have a valid Minnesota Drivers License.
Criminal background check and drug testing required.
